License not found. Cannot play purchased tables ***PLEASE READ****

For weeks I have been trying to play over a dozen pinball tables that have suddenly stopped working. I have sent emails to support, nobody is responding. Please, is anyone there??

They don’t stand behind their product

Bought a pinball game for almost$1000 doesn't work, Only had it a couple of months. We're told by the brick it had a one-year warranty. Am told now it is only 30 days

Missing parts

I thought that your two companies were the same and looked to me that this was the only way to contact you about our issue! They made contact with me a couple of times, and again I didnt realize that you were two different companies! Until you contacted me! They wanted me to give my experience with how your company treated me and if I didnt like what I was being told contact them and they would help! But Atgames did contact me and I havent had any more contact with them! Know Im waiting to hear back from Atgames about my missing parts! Thank You for your time, Mark

Missing pieces

bought the Legends Ultimate Arcade for our granddaughter for Christmas and were missing pieces J J1 S6, like for the company to send them so the arcade will be complete! Thank You very much!

Missing pieces

We purchase the Legends Ultimate arcade game at Sam's store in Wentzville Missouri 63385 for a Christmas gift on 10/29/2021 for our granddaughter and on 12/25 we assemble it and notice that the J1 and J pieces were not in the box with the rest! requesting parts so we can enjoy the Legends Ultimate arcade, Thank You !

Legends Ultimate is not working

Hello, We bought our children a Legends Ultimate Arcade machine for Christmas. It has been set up correctly, yet when we power up, it turns on but when we use the P1 joystick nothing happens. PLEASE, have someone contact us from technical support immediately. We paid a lot of money for this machine and we but so much effort into building the arcade game. The fact that we can't get past "start" is not a good sign. The fact that we can't contact someone via telephone or mobile phone is concerning to me. This is my fifth means of contact regarding this matter, and I am getting nowhere. If someone can get back to me at 215-284-****, I would appreciate it. Thank you Sondra Ritondo

User's recommendation: I am not sure at the moment. I can't even get the Legends Ultimate Arcade Game started an I can't get in touch with anyone. Emails are not the best technical ways to solove a technical problem.

Ruined Christmasl

Opened box Christmas morning and there was no hardware, key or cords - totally ruined Christmas. Emailed support to have the items fed-ex overnighted to me so we can use the machine and return my email. I am pretty sure that is not going to happen - so far not happy with the company - not off to a good start. I also said I want the warranty to start at the time I get the parts so we can see if there are any other defect. I can't even register it for a warranty because we can't get to a s/n or model no. We will see how much they believe in the company and products by the length of time it takes them to resolve this issue!!!!

Purchased in at games legend core +2 weeks ago. The controller does not pair or work wirelessly. I have emailed atgames five times in the last seven days with no response

Shipping Issue / Promised delivery not met / No way to contact customer service.

I have not received my item that I ordered on November 16, 2021. There is a shipping exception and cannot be delivered. FedEx says that Atgames has to fix the problem. You can only email Atgames, so there is no resolution and most of the time, no response. I have asked for a refund and a cancellation of the order. I am also filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Fraud.

Atgames - Fraud.
Purchased a pinball from their E store, Nod package. Got the machine, but the additional 105 machine code along with my 20.00 cloud card has yet to appear. I have made several attempts through different links to try and get a response to no avail. So I'm left with a case of internet fraud that I'm sending to my attorney. Maybe they can get an answer..

ZACCURIA PINBALL GAMES

I LOST MY 1 2 3 4 PACK OF ZACCOURIA PINBALL GAMES to redownload it there is a white dot but the blue arrows that were in the white dot are not there anymore I bought the 1 2 3 4 pack tables when I bought the pinball table I accidentally deleted them then when I went to redownload the power went out and when the power came back on the white dot no blue arrows and now I can't download the 4 packs of pinball tables can you please sent me a code so I can redownload the tables thank you Chris I think the file is corrupted
